 Driver Requirements

• Minimum age to rent and drive is 25 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• No exceptions for underage drivers.
• No additional drivers.

Insurance Requirements

Renters must carry active personal automobile insurance with:

• Minimum liability coverage: $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident / $50,000 property damage.
• Comprehensive and collision coverage for rental vehicles.
• Insurance must be in renter’s name and valid throughout rental.
• Proof of insurance must be provided prior to vehicle release.
• Failure to provide proof cancels rental and forfeits deposit.
• Renter’s insurance acts as primary coverage. Skyway Rentals provides no supplemental coverage.
• If renter’s insurance denies coverage (off-road use, DUI, negligence, etc.), renter is fully liable.

Use Restrictions

• Vehicle may only be driven on marked, public paved or gravel roads.
• Absolutely NO OFF-ROAD USE.
• No racing, towing, pushing, or commercial use.
• Violations void insurance and renter assumes full liability.

Return Conditions

• Vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank and clean interior/exterior.
• Fuel charge: $8.00 per gallon if not full.
• Cleaning fee: $250 minimum for excessive mud, smoke, or pet hair.
• Smoking or vaping: $500 fee. ZERO TOLERANCE!
• Unauthorized pets: $250 fee.
• Late returns: $1.00 per minute.

Damage, Loss, and Deposit

• Renter authorizes Skyway Rentals to charge credit card for any damage, lost accessories, towing, or recovery.
• $500 damage deposit required at rental start.
• Renter liable for lost rental income if vehicle is out of service due to damage.

Accidents and Claims

• All accidents must be immediately reported to police (first) and Skyway Rentals (second).
• Renter must provide copy of police report.
• Renter remains responsible for deductible, damages, and associated costs.
